Our leadership team has in excess of 75 cumulative years of senior-level industry and consulting experience.

Irv Grossman

Irv Grossman has over 20 years of industry and consulting experience in Operations Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, and Enterprise Transformation.

Prior to founding Chainnovations, Irv was Vice President of Supply Chain Operations for Cingular Wireless (now AT&T Mobility).  At Cingular, Irv was the primary architect driving supply chain innovation, and developing a Supply Chain competency which did not exist prior to formation.  In addition, Irv was responsible for multi-channel Retail Logistics and Warranty Service operations. Irv’s consulting experience also includes a senior leadership role in Accenture’s Logistics Strategy Practice.  Irv has authored numerous White Papers including a publication on the optimization of warranty service for wireless service carriers.

Irv received his Bachelor of Sciences in Business Logistics from Penn State and earned his Executive Masters of Business Administration at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Michael Dennis

Michael Dennis has over 25 years of industry and consulting experience in Supply Chain Strategy, Distribution Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Service Management (Returns, Repair and Field Service), and Enterprise Transformation.

Prior to joining Chainnovations, Mr. Dennis was a Partner in Accenture's Global Supply Chain practice. At Accenture, Michael was a founder and leader in the Service Management practice. Mr. Dennis developed and delivered supply chain engagements to reduce operating costs, speed time to market, and build new capabilities for clients in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Germany, France, Italy, Japan, Mexico, and Brazil. Mr. Dennis has a track record of bringing bottom line value to clients.  Michael's prior experience also includes engineering and financial roles with two of the leading aerospace companies.

Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from Georgia State University's Robinson School of Business. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in Georgia.

Stephen Bartolotta

Stephen Bartolotta has over of 20 years of industry and consulting experience in Supply Chain Strategy, Facility Design and Operations, Performance Management, Inventory Management, and Finance.

Prior to Chainnovations, Steve was Executive Vice President of Strategy for Coast Distribution Systems where he was responsible for overall business strategy and management of a network of 15 distribution centers within the US and Canada. Steve also was a Senior Manager in Accenture's New York Logistics Strategy Practice working primarily with Food and Consumer Packaged Goods. He has written articles for Food Logistics magazine and is a contributing author to John Gattorna’s “Strategic Supply Chain Alignment” handbook.

Steve received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas (Austin) and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael Buzin

Michael Buzin has over 12 years of industry and consulting experience in Operations and Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Design, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement, and Systems Transformation.

Prior to joining Chainnovations, Mr. Buzin ran the Supply Chain Services Group at American Eagle Outfitters, where he was responsible for the maintenance and development of the systems and teams that supported all supply chain processes. Michael also served as Supply Chain Manager in Corning Incorporated’s LCD Glass Business. Throughout his career, he has defined, developed, and delivered capabilities that streamlined processes and reduced operating costs.

Michael received his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Business Administration, with a focus in Supply Chain Management from The Pennsylvania State University.
